Income Restricted Program

Minnetonka Station is proud to provide reduced rental rates on our apartment homes.

To qualify for reduced rates, an applicant must meet the following income requirements:

Single Occupancy: gross annual income less than $46,350

Double Occupancy: gross annual income less than $53,000

The floor plans labeled “Income Restricted” are eligible.
