Minnetonka Station offers a variety of thoughtfully designed floor plans, including studio apartments, one-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom apartments, a limited three-bedroom layout, and unique two-level townhome-style apartments. Current availability is always updated on our website.

Your monthly rent covers your apartment home at Minnetonka Station. Utilities, parking, and any applicable monthly fees are billed separately so residents only pay for the services they use.

Utilities are billed separately based on usage. Water, sewer, and trash charges are conveniently added to the resident portal each month. Residents set up electric service through Xcel Energy and gas service through CenterPoint Energy for applicable apartment homes.

Minnetonka Station does not require a standard security deposit for approved applicants. Conditional approvals may require a deposit equal to one month’s rent or approval through Leap as a deposit alternative.

We offer flexible lease terms ranging from 6 to 15 months to fit a variety of lifestyles and schedules. Renewal lease options are customized for each resident closer to their renewal date.

Applicants should have a monthly gross income equal to at least three times the monthly rent. Credit history, rental history, and background screening are also reviewed during the application process. We encourage all applicants to review our screening criteria for full details.

Applying is simple and can be completed online through our website or directly through a quote provided by our leasing team. The application fee is $50 per adult applicant, along with a $250 administrative fee per application.

Yes! Minnetonka Station is a pet-friendly apartment community in Minnetonka, MN. Residents may have up to two pets per apartment home, with a maximum weight limit of 100 pounds per pet. Please contact our leasing office for current breed restrictions and additional pet policy details.

Yes, assigned garage parking is available for residents, with one reserved garage space allowed per apartment home. Additional outdoor parking spaces are also available for added convenience.

Residents can quickly and easily submit maintenance requests online through the resident portal at any time.

Maintenance emergencies include major water leaks, broken pipes, loss of heat during unsafe temperatures, gas leaks, electrical outages affecting essential systems, fire alarms, roof damage, lockouts, overflowing toilets when only one is available, and elevator emergencies involving resident safety. For after-hours emergency maintenance, call (952) 467-8922 and follow the prompts. If there is an immediate threat to safety, please call 911 first.

Before move-in, residents will receive a welcome letter with instructions for completing online payments and required documents through the resident portal. When picking up keys, residents should bring a valid government-issued ID. We’re excited to help make your move-in experience as smooth as possible.

Residents must provide a minimum 60-day written notice before their lease end date. Before returning keys, residents are responsible for fully cleaning their apartment home and completing all move-out steps provided by the leasing office.

Residents can pay rent online through the resident portal website or mobile app for added convenience. Certified funds may also be paid through MoneyGram, and instructions for using MoneyGram — including participating locations — will be provided by the leasing office.
